At Hair Hampers, every order is packed with care to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and on time.
We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners to make sure your hamper reaches you safely.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that during peak periods (such as Christmas, sales, or promotional events), dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $10

  • Express Shipping: $15

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Gift Orders

If you’re sending a hamper as a gift:

  • You can include a personalised gift message at checkout.

  • We never include pricing or receipts inside our hampers.

  • Hampers are packaged securely and discreetly to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but once dispatched, delivery times are outside our direct control.
Please refer to your tracking link for real-time updates or contact the courier for further assistance.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed, damaged, or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement.
