Hair Hampers Returns & Refund Policy
At Hair Hampers, every order is hand-packed with care to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully presented. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (haircare, tools, and gift hampers), we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are not accepted on opened or used haircare products due to hygiene standards.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

A photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for your refund to process once approved.
Gifts & Hampers
If you received a hamper as a gift and something isn’t right, please contact us.
Where possible, we can offer store credit or an exchange for unopened items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or not as expected:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

Opened or used haircare products

Custom or personalised hampers

Gift cards or promotional items
Return Address
A return address will be provided once your return has been approved via email.
